中化商务有限公司受内蒙合成化工研究所委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请潜在投标人参加投标。

1.招标产品的名称、数量、资金

高韧性纤维短切处理装置1台

资金国拨资金+自筹资金

2.资质要求：

*（1）境内投标人须具有有效的营业执照（事业单位需提供事业单位法人证书）、税务登记证或三证合一后的营业执照，并提供有效的证明文件；

*（2）非所投设备制造商的投标人应获得制造商的有效授权，须提供正本扫描件。（制造商的有效授权书包括制造商直接开具的；或制造商在中华人民共和国关境内的独资公司开具的；或经制造商授权并允许其再授权的单位开具的）；

*（3）投标人须提交《主要股东或出资人信息》并加盖公司公章（事业单位不适用）。

3.交货的地点和时间：DDP项目现场/项目现场，合同生效后6个月内（含设备安装、调试和试运行）。

4.潜在投标人可于2022年6月29日17:00时至2022年7月6日17:00时（北京时间）登录中化商务电子招投标平台领购电子版招标文件。领购方式如下：

潜在投标人需登录中化商务电子招投标平台（）进行网上注册（免费）。平台及CA技术支持联系电话：010-86391277。

投标人注册完成后，登录账户，根据招标编号0747-2240SCCZE233，进行网上购买电子版招标文件。

5.任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
