3．投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格和业绩：投标人必须是制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商参加投标，在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件，并已在机电产品招标投标电子交易平台成功注册。投标产品制造商必须通过ISO 9002认证或QS 9002认证，及必须通过ISO 14000认证，并提供相应的证书复印件。投标产品制造商应具有3年以上（含3年）同类型设备的设计制造经验，现有8名以上（含8名）的专业设计人员，且有在国内/国际设计、制造过类似装置3次及以上的成功经验，并成功运行一年及以上。投标人投标时提供国内用户清单和联系方式。投标人必须在国内具有售后服务机构和备件仓库，投标时提供其名称、详细地址以及服务范围，售后服务机构须配备有5人以上（含5人）的专业维修工程师（投标时提供详细名单、职务及联系方法）。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

Qualifications and Performance：

Bidder must be the manufacturer or manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in the bidding, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network ( and in the tender registration and purchase of tender documents. The bidding product manufacturer must pass ISO 9002 certification or QS 9002 certification, and must pass ISO 14000 certification, and provide a copy of the corresponding certificate. The bidding product manufacturer should have at least 3 years (3 years) with type equipment design and manufacturing experience, the existing more than eight (8) professional design personnel, and in the domestic/international design and manufacture a similar device on the successful experience of 3 times or more, and successfully run a year or more. The bidder shall provide the list of domestic users and their contact information when bidding. The bidder must have after-sales service organization and spare parts warehouse in China, and shall provide their name, detailed address and service scope when bidding.
