1.1 本招标项目 南部县瑞安-南部东西部协作产业园新建厂房工程 (项目名称) 已由 南部县发展和改革局 (项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以 南发改[2022]123号 （批文名称及编号）批准建设 。 项目业主为 四川南部经济开发区管理委员会 ， 建设资金来自 东西部协作资金及企业自筹 （资金），项目出资比例为 100% ，招标人为 四川南部经济开发区管理委员会 。项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标，特邀请有兴趣的潜在申请人（以下简称申请人）提出资格审查申请。
