1．办公大楼（主楼）1栋：1层为内部专用停车场，2楼接待大厅，3～8层为办公室，露天顶层设有电梯设备房，中央空设备房及空调排风机、消防系统排水管道、储备消防水池等。2．副楼1栋：地面以上2层，其中第一层为机关食堂、第二层为贵宾休息室。3．内部停车场：位于政府大楼后侧，供内部使用，停车位约为80个，两部内部使用电梯，3个出口。4．广场：包括政府大楼前的广场、首信广场及市民休闲广场。5．东莞市樟木头外经发展公司下属工业区（包括金河1至3期、宝山、东山、金洋、银洋、富达等工业区）。6．文广中心包括办公楼一栋、东莞图书馆樟木头分馆及西城文化广场。7．政务服务中心办事大厅。

1、本项目服务期限为2年；保安员配置总人数93人，其中，镇政府行政办事中心32人（含保安队长1人），政务服务中心3人，文广中心13人（含保安队长1人），樟木头镇外经发展公司下属工业区45人（含保安队长1人）。2.本项目需保安员93人（含保安队长3人），中标人负责保安员工的费用，包含人员工资、食宿，管理费用开支、服装、培训费用、发票税及人员一切劳保福利、例休及各种节假日加班费用等，若发生劳动争议均由中标人自己解决，采购人无任何连带关系和责任；如发生违反计划生育规定的，由中标人自行解决并承担所有责任，采购人无任何连带关系和责任。
