(1)省级抽查人员培训方案制定及抽查案例提取(2)省级核查结果抽查(3)省级检查进度监督(4)省级检查成果的质量评定

1）依据省级工作要求及核查内容，制定抽查人员核查培训方案，组织抽查人员进行上岗培训。同时，根据核查规则提取各类抽查对象审核案例，形成省级抽查审核案例库，为省级核查人员提供作业指引，为地方图斑上图、建库提供参考依据。（2）根据省级工作要求，结合国家变更调查技术规程及省级核查内容与方案，确定抽查对象，分对象、分类型按一定比例对年度变更调查单图斑建库成果和年度变更调查数据库成果的省级核查结果进行抽查复核，确保省级检查成果的真实性和准确性。（3）对省级核查承担单位在省级核查工作开展过程中的工作程序、方法和质量控制措施等各方面进行监督检查；根据国家和省级工作安排，围绕省级年度变更调查单图斑建库成果和变更调查数据库成果的省级核查等关键环节，有计划、有重点的对省级检查承担单位的省级核查工作进度进行检查和监督，保证省级检查任务在计划时间内完成。（4）对抽查过程中发现的问题进行分析，对省级检查成果抽查结果错误类型进行错误等级分类，结合国家对成果省级核查质量评价的方法，制定省级抽查结果质量评价标准，对省级检查成果抽查结果的正确率进行统计，并对抽查结果质量进行综合评定。

自合同签订之日起至2023年5月15日

项目实施过程中严格按照国家、省相关安全质量标准、行业技术规范标准、投标文件相应标准、实施过程中采购人相关技术要求执行。
